Worked on split jerk.

Worked up to 275#, but did not feel good, so went to dragon boat race.

Day 6 of low carb diet:
Breakfast: 6 eggs 3 slices bacon
Lunch: Beef Jerky
Dinner: Ribeye at Cru
PM: Casein
